Grilled asparagus, house cured duck prosciutto, soft poached egg, sunchoke puree, preserved lemon

Steak & Asparagus 3 Ways

Pan-seared Striploin with asparagus 3 ways, asparagus guacamole, asparagus & chili relish and cornmeal fried asparagus tips.

Wine Pairing:  Sledgehammer Zinfandel

Dessert

Asparagus infused Panna Cotta with buckwheat honey & strawberry puree

Cost per guest with wine $75  Without wine :$60
